Sup Boards USA is proud to partner with HTL Yoga to offer paddleboard (SUP) yoga classes.

Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the added FUN of floating on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) in flat water. These are small classes led by TYC Instructor Heather T Leo.

Classes begin with 5-10 minutes dry land warm up, 20-30 minute of paddling, followed by mind quieting, body strengthening, intelligently designed sequence of postures. In a state of floating awareness you will let go and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds.

Please bring sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, towel, and dress as you would for a regular yoga class, or in a bathing suit. Keep in mind that you Will get wet! No need for a yoga mat, as the stand-up paddleboard is our mat!

Most classes will take place at Morse Reservoir, but you may schedule a private at Eagle Creek or a drift on the White River from Broadipple. 

These classes are suitable for all levels of student, and stand up paddle instruction is included. All gear is provided. In the case of inclement weather, a class credit (but not refund) will be provided.
